Exercise improves depression

Another interesting study published in The Journal of Neuroscience 2016 supports the idea that depression can be improved by regular exercise. As Dr Maddocks, first author said “Major depressive disorder is often characterized by depleted glutamate and GABA, which return to normal when mental health is restored.
