Back pain – 18 exercises in 18 minutes

Here is a very thorough article from my friends at Pillows Australia that builds on a previous NUDGE post on back pain relief. As I am working on my own back pain at the moment patients may be interests to see a well researched and tested set of exercises that will undoubtedly help. No need to do them all, but look for the ones that feel like they are testing you and stick with those. Build in extra exercises as time goes on if they appeal to you. Remember my recommendation for an ‘integrative approach’ to your exercise regime – you are doing this because you love your body and want to heal, not because you hate  and resent it!
