Four yoga poses for people who don’t do yoga 

This article from MBG shows four yoga poses to help circulation and increase calm. If, like me, you never got into yoga then don’t despair because there are simple ways to get the benefits. The Kays are not a family blessed with much flexibility and although my Mum took up yoga in her 50s I have always been almost totally incapable of completing any decent yoga sessions. But these four I can do. See what you think.
